We propose delivery on Tahiti under conditions, and postal or air delivery in the islands of Polynesia but also in Mainland France and all over the world.

**** We are not responsible for taxes due upon receipt of your package in the destination country. You may be required to pay fees to the postal services or customs to collect your package. Before any purchase it is therefore your responsibility to check the regulations in force in your country regarding the receipt of packages ordered abroad. Payment and Returns
We accept payments by bank transfer, cash on delivery (only on Tahiti and for certain products) or via paypal by credit card.
In the case of a payment by bank transfer, the order is validated by a proof of payment to be sent by email to yumiscreationtahiti@gmail.com within 48 hours (proof of transfer, capture of the transfer accepted by your bank).
In the absence of proof of payment within 48 hours the order will be cancelled.
Please fill in your exact details so that we can deliver you in good conditions.
We accept returns of items within 10 days max after delivery only if the item is defective.
The refund of your order will be made within 15 days after the return of the item.
Please note that the postal or air costs incurred by the return of the item may be refunded if it turns out that the item was damaged by our team before shipping.
Delivery is Delayed
In case of exceeding the delivery time of more than 20 days, we undertake to do what is necessary to find a solution: either by resending new goods at an equivalent value of your order or by refunding you.
